Most women want to look slim and sultry, but they often resort to crash dieting which totally undermines their efforts. While they do work for a short period of time, perhaps to knock off five pounds before a wedding or vacation, the weight usually returns and may even bring a friend or two along with it. Crash diets and rebounding weight gain are notoriously connected but the cycle can be stopped and significant long term weight loss can occur and it will stay off through the use of a good plan. How long have you honestly fought the same 5, 10, 20 pounds or more? It often becomes so much of a habit trying to diet that we never actually succeed. Wouldn’t it be nicer to have actually lost 5 pounds for instance at the end of the next two weeks rather than thinking you can have it off in 5 days and not getting anywhere? People want to lose weight fast often because it does give the impetus needed to stick with a diet through instant gratification or they want to look slim and sultry for a special occasion. There is nothing wrong with that, so long as the food that is consumed is nutritious and some exercise is incorporated into the program. It doesn’t need to be extreme exercise, just adding activity into daily routines or going for a half hour walk after dinner will result in a gradual change. Over time noticeable results will occur, and you will find that you are feeling better physically and it will build on itself with more activity.
